Implementace ERP systému ve firmě ESOS Ostrava s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá implementací ERP systému ve firmě ESOS Ostrava s.r.o. V prvních kapitolách je popsána historie, vývoj a služby podniku ESOS Ostrava s.r.o. a definuje cíle pro nový informační systém. V dalších částech je popsána analýza stávajícího systému a důvody, které vedly ke změně informačního systému, přehled možných dodavatelů nového ERP systému a popis vybraného ERP systému Premier. Následuje implementační projekt, kde je popsáno, jak správně postupovat při implementaci. Závěrečná část popisuje, jak probíhala implementace, na praktických příkladech ukáže výhody a nevýhody a zhodnotí stanovené cíle.

This thesis is concerned with the implementation of ERP system in company ESOS Ostrava s.r.o. The first chapter describes the history, development and services of ESOS Ostrava s.r.o. and finally defines the goals for a new information system. The next sections describe the analysis of the current system and the reasons that led to the change of the information system, an overview of potential suppliers of the new ERP system and a description of the selected Premier ERP system. Afterwards we will take a look at the implementation project that explains how to proceed with the implementation. The final part describes how the implementation has been implemented, also we will show the advantages and disadvantages on the practical examples and we will end with the evaluation of the objectives set.
