Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the porting a instrument driver from NI LabWindows/CVI to the Microsoft Visual Studio and GCC. The goal is to eliminate dependence on LabWindows/CVI Run-Time Engine, which is used to transmit measured values from the device. This transfer takes place using the UDP stream. This work describes how to use native system components for implementing the UDP stream.
