Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with contemporary system of selection and training of staff assigned to fire brigade units in a power-producing company. The second part of the thesis focuses on setting a functional system of selection and training of firemen in conditions of power-producing company fire brigade. Proposal of the new system accepts internal organizational structure, personnel system, fire risks of performed activities, carrying out tasks of company fire brigade with respect to effective legislation and needs of establisher of the fire brigade unit
