Optimalizace plánování nákupu materiálu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of decision algorithm for support in the material assurance of orders of the company dealing with electrical installations and thesis solves problems connected with storage and logistics of the company. The paper contains three concrete proposals of solution. The first part solves support of descision when staff buying material for company activities the job by searching the best suppliers of each items of material in accordance with price and delivery time. The second part of thesis apply with finding the best suppliers based on the price development of their goods. The third part focus on modernization of warehouse.
