Abstract

Aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the particular construction contracts and tenders on the basis of the facts established by comparing them, evaluate the shortcomings of the tender and evaluate the importance of budgeting and costing for the construction company. The theme of the thesis is to explain the complexity of budgeting and calculations, outlining the calculations and budgets in terms of their importance, types and methods. In practical terms, the aim of this thesis is exemplified by the specific supply budgets specifics compilation calculations and budgets for the selection process, including the assessment of the importance of their work and the importance of the construction company. The result is confirmation of the fact that the utilization of calculations and budgeting are influencing the degree of success and prosperity construction company and play an important role.
