Informační a komunikační technologie v soudnictví

Abstract

In the present work is elaborated description of the use of information and communication technologies and systems in the Czech judiciary. The first section explains the types of court proceedings, is characterized by the procedural description and distribution of documents in the judiciary. The second part contains an overview of current information systems in the Czech judiciary. Subsequently incorporated more detailed description of an information system for district courts, including a description of the existing possibilities of communication with surrounding systems used by the judiciary. Another section is devoted to e-file and technologies used for processing the input document. The next section included an overview of the existing judicial systems integration with other systems and the conclusion is contained a description of the possible development of information technology in the Czech judiciary.
