Abstract
A master thesis (paper) is focused on the issue of strategic analysis. It consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are listed findings and practices for creation of strategic analysis. Practical part is focused on strategic analysis of chosen restaurant. The aim of this master thesis is to find out the current condition of the restaurant and gradually, through the internal and external analysis, identify key factors which influence a position of the company on the market. The external environment of the company was processed through method of PEST analysis, 4C analysis and Porter five forces analysis. The internal analysis is consisted of analysis of internal sources of the company and of the financial analysis of the current status of the company. After the external and internal analysis is processed SWOT analysis which values strengths and weaknesses of the company. The final part of review and recommendation for the company is based on the SWOT analysis.
