Abstract
The theme of this bachelor thesis is the organization of floorball tournament. The aim is to analyze the preparation and organization, error detection and proposing recommendations for improvement to the following years. In the first chapter are defined the terms used in the bachelor thesis. In the practical part are described the preparation, implementation and securing funds for this sport event. As research methods and techniques was elected a observation, questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. Are recommended changes for realization the following years of this tournament.
