Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a business plan for a newly established company in the sphere of catering services. The company will be located in Havířov and it will be different from other businesses in this city due to the main product that forms the essence of the whole business. There are also included calculations, that may help the owner to decide if the business will be opened or not.
