Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the establishment of a Central recruiting center, its content and proposal for a new education system . The objective is to evaluate the system of change of the team performed by fire protection units of Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic in hiring candidates for inclusion on the position of firefighter, optionally higher due to their qualifications and propose central recruitment center, which provides equal conditions for candidates and their subsequent training to proficiency. Central recruitment center would ensure primarily objectivity of performing of physical tests, entrance interviews, verification of medical and personal eligibility. It would also ensure training of(not only) new firefighters with a greater representation of practical training mainly in its grounds.
