Ratingové agentury a jejich význam ve světové ekonomice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem ratingového hodnocení České republiky, Islandu a Maďarska v souvislosti s ekonomickým vývojem dané země. První část práce je věnována samotné definici ratingu, popisuje druhy ratingu či jeho tvorbu. Podrobněji se pak zabývá ratingem vládních obligací. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vznik a historii ratingových agentur a detailněji popisuje tři největší světové a jednu českou ratingovou agenturu. Třetí část sleduje vývoj ratingového hodnocení ve vybraných ekonomikách. V závěrečné části se práce zaměřuje na roli ratingových agentur v souvislosti se světovou finanční krizí. Sleduje jejich chyby před i během finanční krize a popisuje regulaci ratingových agentur, které následně zavedly jednotlivé vlády.

This bachelor´s work occupies by the rating development of the Czech republic, Iceland and Hungary connected to the economic development of the given country. The first part of this work is devoted to the definition of the rating, describes types of rating and also his creation. This part also describes sovereign credit rating more specifically. The second part is devoted to the formation and history of the rating agencies and also more specifically describes the three biggest world rating agencies and one czech rating agency. The third part of this work follows development of the rating valuation in the chosen economies. The last part of this work focuses on the task of rating agencies connected to the world financial crisis. It follows their mistakes before and during this crisis and describes the regulation of the rating agencies which were consequently established by individual governments.
