Výběrová řízení ve stavebnictví z pohledu účastníka

Abstract

Autor této práce se zabývá tématem výběrových řízení ve stavebnictví z pohledu účastníka. Je zde provedena analýza zakázek ve stavební společnosti Fus a Harazim s. r. o. Cílem práce je zlepšení efektivity při procesu získávání zakázek. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde je popsána charakteristika stavebního trhu a teoretická východiska výběrových řízení. Následuje aplikační část, kde se provádí samotná analýza zakázek společnosti, pomocí analyzováním interních dat a dotazováním majitelů společnosti. Na konci této práce jsou z výsledku prováděného výzkumu uvedeny návrhy a doporučení vedení společnosti.

The thesis is aimed at the bids on the construction market from the participant's perspective based on orders analyses in the Fus a Harazim Ltd. construction company. The main aim of the thesis is to improve the orders obtaining process efficiency. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, where the construction market characteristics and theoretical bases of tenders are described, and the practical part, where the company's orders analysis is being done by using internal data and the owners interviewing. Based on the survey results, the suggestions and recommendations towards the company management are listed at the end of the thesis.
