Návrh metodiky pro klasifikaci tunelů z hlediska ADR pro přepravu nebezpečných látek

Abstract

The dissertation is focused on road tunnels, which need to be, according to an ADR agreement about transportation of hazardous material in the Czech Republic, newly classified into appropriate categories. Issue resulting from this task is exclusive and therefore I sorted it into individual chapters for better orientation. In the introduction of this dissertation I focus and shortly describe the current legislation in Czech Republic, which is applied on road tunnels. I also mention specific demands on tunnels, which arise from technical regulations in Czech Republic. The following chapters discus and describe safety in Czech tunnels and present conditions of transportation of hazardous material. Further more I describe the ADR agreement, which is an essential chapter for elaboration of my dissertation target. In the final part of my dissertation according to the facts mentioned in previous chapters I bring the procedure proposal of my own road tunnels classification in Czech Republic.
