Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to design a project management methodology to support the expansion of a selected small company engaged in the production and sale of remote controls. The thesis combines theoretical knowledge of project management with its practical application in a business environment. The theoretical part analyzes key principles, methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, agile approaches) and tools (SWOT, Gantt, RACI, WBS, CPM) used in project management. The practical part includes an analysis of the company’s current state, a structured proposal of a project management methodology, and its application to a model expansion project targeting a foreign market. The proposal also includes an organizational restructuring and recommendations for the future development of project management in the company.
