Finanční porovnání variant obvodového zdiva z keramických tvárnic bytového domu v Prostějově

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a financial comparison of variants of perimeter masonry from ceramic blocks of new apartment building in Prostějov. There will be compared three variants of the circumferential shell. The first variant is without a thermal insulation of ceramic blocks POROTHERM, the second variant is with the thermal insulation of foamed polystyrene with contact thermal insulation system (ETICS) and the third variant is basically the same as the last one, but for insulation is used a mineral insulation. For better comparison, all variants of the circumferential shell will have approximately the same thermal permeability U [W / m2K]. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a thermal-technical assessment of individual variants of the perimeter shell, project documentation of the apartment building for the issuance of the building permit, detailed description of all the variants of the envelope, the technological progress of the selected variant of the circumferential shell and the safety of the solved technological stage.
