Technologie variantního provedení konstrukce střešního pláště - vyhodnocení variant z hlediska časové a finanční náročnosti

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the development and evaluation of technology of variant roof deck design performance. The main evaluation criteria are time and financial demands- energy performance, design features, durability and environmental impact were chosen as the additional criteria. The work includes the comparasion between the variant of flat roofs with traditional sequence of layers and the variant, which is realized with the classic strata greenings of the roof garden. The work is closely connected to the project in the resort of Písek by Jablunkov on which the selected alternative roof cladding was made. The work also involves project documentation for construction of this facility, prepared in accordance with current legislation and national standards. The construction technology project is focused on the construction technology and also on prepared budget, construction works schedule, site facilities, technological regulations implementing the various options of roof strata and used mechanisms needed for the construction.
