The Thesis contains a project of complex starting flats for young couple. The residential house has rectangular shape, two floors, basement and like a roofing ,it is used pitched shed roof. The result of work is project documentation for building construction. Part of project documentation is also thermo-technical assessment of of building envelope and energy label of building envelope.
