The aim of this thesis is to make a study of reconstruction of an office building in Děhylov for new use in accordance with the master plan community. The proposal includes a new typological solutions to traffic, construction work of the existing building and its additions, alterations and additions. It also surfacing around the building, transport solutions, including and parking areas to earmark green areas, areas for pedestrians and cyclists. Further capacity calculation utility connections, perform calculation of the cost of reconstruction and subsequent economic evaluation.
