Abstract

This thesis deals with issues of stock management and analysis of stocks in company TOP - Curkovinky Denisa Gikovová. My thesis is divided into five parts. The first part of my thesis is devoted to the introduction and characteristics of company. The next part is focused on theoretical pieces of knowledge referring to this subject, the area of logistics, stocks and stock management. The next part is practical. This part is devoted to describing the current state of supply in the company and is handled by an appropriate analysis of information collected in-house.The aim of my thesis is to assess the current supply the selected firm to analyze the stored items to evaluate the current status of the management of stocks by analyzing ABC and suggest possible improvements and optimization in inventory management company, which is the subject of the last part of my thesis.
