Prevence rizik BOZP u osob se zdravotním postižením pracujících v domácích dílnách

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá prevencí rizik BOZP u osob se zdravotním postižením pracujících (OZP) v domácích dílnách. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření praktických nástrojů, které zaměstnancům ulehčí nesnáze spojené s prací z domova a s ní spjatou bezpečností práce. Součástí teoretické práce je rozbor legislativy, vymezení pojmu zdravotní postižení a dělení postižení, specifika zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, práce z domova osob se zdravotním postižením a příklady dobré praxe práce z domova. V praktické části je popsáno pracovní prostředí domácích dílen, možné prováděné činnosti a používané nástroje. Další část je věnována prevenci rizik sestávající z identifikace nebezpečí v prostředí domácích dílen a opatření na nalezená nebezpečí. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou vytvořeny nástroje, které jsou přizpůsobeny potřebám osob s postižením.

The diploma thesis deals with the prevention of health and safety risks for disabled workers (PWD) in home workshops. The main goal is the creation of practical tools that will help employees with difficulties associated with working from home and the job safety connected with it. Theoretical part of work consist of analysis of legislation, definition of the concept of disability and division of disability, specifics of employment of persons with disabilities, work from home for persons with disabilities and examples of good practice of work from home. The practical part describes the working environment of home workshops, possible activities and tools used. The next part is devoted to risk prevention, consisting of the identification of hazards in the home workshop environment and the measures to be taken against the hazards found. Based on the identified shortcomings are created tools that are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
