Abstract

The focus of this thesis is providing solutions of how to increase the turnout of a campsite. These solutions are connected to both improvement of services of the campsite and its communication. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical one focuses on description of the campsite, the analysis of sale and services marketing. Information necessary for the research part was acquired with the help of a questionnaire. The main goal of the marketing research is to find out whether the customers are satisfied with the services of the campsite or not and, alternatively, what they would like to get changed. The analysis of results of the research describes the evaluation of the questionnaire. The solutions of how to increase the turnout of a campsite then follow from the primary and secondary research.
