Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family house and its heating solution. Subject of this work is to create a project of the house, meeting the requirements of relevant standards while keeping modern trends in family and energy efficient housing. In the design of a heating system, the work focuses on the design of an easily controllable, efficient and also economical system. The heating system is designed to use radiators. As the heat source is suggested a gas condensing boiler. Hot water is provided by solar thermal system and a gas condensing boiler. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the technological and material solution of construction and further with the solution of heating using a gas condensing boiler as well as with evaluation of energy savings. In the theoretical part are also described all the components of the heating system. The drawing section includes a complete technological and material solution of the construction.
