Abstract

Abstract This bachelor´s thesis solves a market valuation of lands. The aim of the thesis is the valuation of selected property with a convenient method and an assessment of their standart price. The thesis comes from a collection and data statistics out. The thesis is divided on theoretical and practical parts. A sequence of individual parts is maintained and it is easy to orientate in calculations. A text of this thesis is with tables, maps, documentation a photos completed. In the thesis are bulding, agricultural and forest lands valued. A comparativ access is choosed, specifically the direct access using differences coefficients. This method needs the collection of data before from a property advertising. This data for calculating are in table editor processed. Every choosed land is with other five lands compared. In the thesis are basic informations about choosed lands to find and present conditions are evaluated. The thesis is with a reflection on possible changes in market valuation close. Some proposals and thoughts are joined. This may be for example working with table databases, public databeses of real made prices compilation, unification of advertising formality, and creation of favourite locations databeses.
