Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of the vegetation cover with the soil seed bank on the dump Terezie-Ema. The theoretical part defines the study area, explain concept dump, describes history of the investigated area and its natural and anthropogenic conditions. Further in this part explains the concept of soil seed bank, its characteristics, types and methods of donations. The practical part describes the methodology, specifically taking and examining samples, comparing with phytocenological inventory scans and found phytocenological species.
