Informační systém pasportních údajů o území

Abstract

V předložené práci je navržen informační systém pasportních údajů o území. Nedílnou součástí práce je stanovení cíle tohoto projektu. Dále se práce zabývá popisem podobně zaměřených projektů, které jsou již realizovány komerčními společnostmi a běžně se používají. Následuje přiblížení stavu před započetím prací na projektu. Na základě analýzy je popsán návrh možného řešení s přihlédnutím k moderním webovým technologiím současné doby. Důležité je přiblížení praktické části, tedy samotné realizace projektu, které se věnuje závěrečná část práce. Projekt nalezne praktické využití u mnoha desítek až stovek organizací, převážně vlastníků technické infrastruktury, které poskytují pasporty údajů o území. Další velkou skupinou jsou úřady obcí s rozšířenou působností a krajské úřady.

In the submitted dissertation, the information system of territory technical estate stocktaking dates is designed. The goalsetting of this project creates an integral part of this dissertation. Further, the work describes also similarly focused projects which are realized by commercial companies and are beeing currently used. Then the dissertation reportes the state before the beginning of this project's work. On the base of the analysis, the proposal of a possible solution is described, with a consideration to modern and recent web technologies. The final part of the dissertation is devoted to its practical part, it means to the realization of the project. The project will find the practical exploitation by many tens or hundreds organizations, mainly owners of a technical infrastructure that provide the territory technical estate stocktaking dates. Also offices in municipalities with extended competence as well as regional authorities will use this project.
