Průběh insolvenčního řízení v obchodních společnostech zabývajících se průmyslem

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the whole course of insolvency proceedings by analyzing the insolvency law, specifically in two industrial companies. It examines the life of companies before bankruptcy, why they went bankrupt, whether they could have prevented bankruptcy, how it was resolved and how it affected the business of the companies. The bachelor thesis also contains a comparison of both analyzed companies on the basis of analogy and comparison.
