Návrh využití proluky ulice Oblá v Ostravě

Abstract

The object of this diploma thesis is to work up variant solutions of completion of the vacant site, situated between 28. rijna street and Obla street in Ostrava – Marianske Hory and Hulvaky. The diploma thesis is based on volume study and solves urban, architectural, functional and typological requirements. The results of this diploma thesis include a design of three variant solutions for the selected location and a design of the polyfunctional house with three ground floors. The diploma thesis also includes SWOT analysis of assessed locations, treatment of public area, studying the possible shading of existing residential buildings, solution of static transport and cost calculation for all three variant solutions.
