Abstract

Radim Václavík. Thesis titled "House Hrábek, Ostrava - Plesná 'proposal constitutes a family home, the building as it is primarily intended for permanent housing. This proposal is its concept designed for a family of four members. The family lives in a suburb of the city of Ostrava in the Stará Plesná, specifically in the area Kopaniny. This district is characterized by its buildings family homes, reminiscent of the character of the village, district feature highly houses that were built within ten years. Its form corresponds to the surrounding buildings, not distracting or negative way around. The concept of the proposed building is designed so that it fits into the sites of houses and thus to the entire landscape. The house is from the early conceptual solution with regard to the principles and recommendations used in the design of passive buildings, therefore the parameters of the proposal achieves these values. The proposal is incorporated as orientation towards the cardinal points, and the suitable design solutions, etc. So that the energy intensity of this proposal was the lowest.
