Abstract

Aim of this diploma thesis was to work out a business plan for establishment of new non-profit organization’s branch – Mamma HELP center in Ostrava. Analysis SLEPTE, SWOT, analysis of competition, analysis of attendance in Mamma HELP centers in the Czech Republic, and analysis of the strategic business units – SBU were executed. In the business plan, the investment and operation costs were considered. Requirements for human resources and wage costs were derived from the organizational plan. In the marketing plan, the elements of service marketing mix were summarized. The non-profit organizations use fundraising, which means systematic acquiring of both, financial and nonfinancial resources needed for activities leading to realization of objectives and mission of non-profit organization. Financial plan proves the reality of business plan from the economic view and was elaborated for months: December 2012 and a whole year of 2013. From the financial plan it is clear that the organization has a guarantee of sufficient amount of resources thanks to well-chosen diversified fundraising. Based on economic evaluation, it was stated that there are not any circumstances that would suggest failure of submitted business plan.
