Abstract

This thesis deals with the measurement properties of the selected file. This file is awarded on the basis of two basic methods. The work is divided into several parts. The first part is rather theoretical approach based on the issue of property valuation and brief introduction to the concepts that are mentioned in the work. Other parts of the work are more practical. Specifically focused on the measurement of administrative and market systems. Finally, work is done summary of both methods by analyzing individual results and subsequent recommendations are mentioned for valuation practice. Attached to frame the work of cadastral maps of award winning file properties.
