The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to create project documentation for the building construction of the cafe, an extension to the existing building, near Nezmar Pond in the town of Dolní Benešov. The basis for this Bachelor‘s thesis is the architectural study, which was processed in the subject Studio Creation IV and it was based on the urban study in the subject Studio Creation III, and the project documentation for a building permit in the subject Studio Creation Va. This Bachelor‘s thesis is consisted of two parts – of the text part, which contains an accompanying and a technical report, and of the drawing part, which is created according the istructions of the assignment of this Bachelor’s thesis.
