Abstract

The subject of this thesis is soil seed bank research on the mine dump, which was leftover after the mining activities stopped.

The theoretical part defines natural conditions of the investigated area and its surroundings, followed by chapters researching the mine dump and soil seed bank topics. Various methods, that have been used for research, are described in the practical part.

Values of the research, conducted in the field and laboratories, are entered into tables and graphically depicted in a graph.
