The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, the project documentation of a new two-storey family house is created. The house is located in the village Suchdol nad Odrou, on a plot in the built-up area of the village. The design of the house is based on verified local conditions and the approved zoning plan of the municipality. The local conditions of the area of interest are taken into account when designing the building. The second part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the technical equipment of the building, including heating of a family house. The project work for heating a family house is within the scope of the documentation for the "construction implementation". The heat source is a gas condensing boiler and a variant heat source solution is a ground / water heat pump. Radiators are designed for the heating system. The bachelor thesis includes detailed calculations in specialized energy programs. All technical parameters meet applicable standards and current legislation.
