Abstract
This thesis deals with education of employees at District Court of Nový Jičín. The main aim of this work was to create descriptions of job positions which were missing and which could be used in other areas of human resources. Another objective was to describe and analyse the current system of education of employees, its use and benefit and to establish what kind of education is prefered by employees.
The thesis is divided into several parts. Objectives can be found in introduction. Theoretical solutions of employee education were conducted with specialized literature. The organisation and its education of employees is presented in practical part. There is an interview based on current findings and it is used to analyse job positions. This analysis is used for selected job descriptions. Also, according to this analysis a questionnaire has been created. Its results were taken as a basis for possible solutions. The organisation can take advantage of these job descriptions and use them in order to educate its employees effectively and systematically. Summary represents the last chapter.
