Strategická analýza možnosti dalšího využití areálu Landek Park pro volnočasové aktivity

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na areál národní přírodní památky Landek Park v Ostravě – Petřkovicích, nabízející řadu volnočasového využití s dominantou největšího hornického muzea v České republice. Cílem práce byla strategická analýza možnosti dalšího využití areálu Landek Park pro volnočasové aktivity. Tato diplomová práce obsahuje teoretický úvod do problematiky strategické analýzy. Následuje představení areálu se zaměřením na jeho historii, která je velmi bohatá a velmi významná nejen pro samotný areál, ale také pro Petřkovice a blízké okolí. V praktické části je uvedena metodika sběru dat, popis vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí areálu, samotný výzkum uskutečněný dotazníkovým šetřením, vlastní zkušeností a rozhovory se zaměstnanci sdružení Dolní oblast Vítkovice, které se stará o provoz tohoto areálu. Na základě vyhodnocení výzkumu, byly uvedeny náměty, které by mohly přispět k rozvoji areálu a tomu, aby zde návštěvníci trávili co nejvíce volného času a rádi se zde vraceli.

The master thesis is focused on the area of national natural landmark Landek Park in Ostrava – Petřkovice, which offers a wide range of leisure activities. Moreover dominant of this area is the largest mining museum in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is strategic analysis of further use of Landek Park area for leisure activities. This thesis contains a theoretical introduction into the problems of strategic analysis. Following is presentation of the area, focusing on its history, which is very rich and very important not only for the area itself, but also for Petřkovice and near. The practical part presents the methodology of data collection, description of the external and internal environment of the area, the research carried out by questionnaire survey, personal experience and interviews with employees of Association of the Lower Vitkovice, which provides the operation of the area. Based on research evaluation, suggestions that could contribute to the development of the area were given and so ensure that visitors are spending as much time here and that they tend to come back.
