Abstract
This thesis deals with the process of streamlining the dispatch of an industrial enterprise DURA Automotive System CZ, Ltd. The theoretical part describes concepts related to logistics, lean enterprise, shipping, packaging, storage products and systems. The practical part includes an analysis of the current state of flux products for the expedition and make suggestions for improvement.
