Abstract

The subject of my diploma´s work is ,,Analysis of the Inhabitant Satisfaction with the Municipality Services.“

The aim of my work is to measure the inhabitants satisfaction level with the services in the town of Horní Benešov in culture, transportation, education, sports, environment, services offered by the municipality and then propose recommendations for the town´s future development, which would lead to increase of higher standard and competitive strength. The subject of my research was the inhabitants of Horní Benešov. Regarding the analysis framework I evaluated the chosen criteria which were created mainly of the components of the service marketing mix of municipality.

The introduction shows the history and the present time of the town of Horní Benešov. The present time of town describes organizational structure, services, location, population and business community of the town. Second part of work includes theoretic portion compile through the use of educational literature, which are related to the satisfaction, servises and marketing of towns and municipalities. In practical part was introduce the method of the marketing research where was elected the quantitative research through personal interview. Followed processing acquired dates and theirs analysis. I acquired valuable information. In the end was proposed the recommendations to efficient manage of municipality which related services in the fields of culture, transport, education, sports, environment and services offered by the municipality.
