Počítačová podpora debriefingu simulovaných záchranných akcí horské záchranné služby

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací metody OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) ve vývoji aplikace pro hodnocení členů horské záchranné služby na Malé Fatře. Nejdříve byly testovány metody short case examination, long examination a viva voce, ty byly vyhodnoceny jako nedostatečně strukturované a objektivní. Metoda OSCE byla díky své objektivitě a strukturovanosti vybrána jako nejvhodnější, proto byla integrována do nové aplikace obsahující checklisty pro simulované scénáře. Testování aplikace ukázalo intuitivní ovládání a přehledné rozhraní. Naopak identifikovalo nedostatky jako je chybějící návratové tlačítko do hlavního menu a absence přihlašování pro rozlišování frekventantů a lektorů. Práce přináší teoretické i praktické poznatky o aplikaci metody OSCE v horské záchranné službě a navrhuje kroky pro další vývoj a implementaci aplikace.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the application of the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) method in the development of an application for evaluating members of the mountain rescue service in Malá Fatra. Initially, methods such as short case examination, long case examination, and viva voce were analyzed to be insufficiently structured and objective. The OSCE method was chosen as the most suitable due to its objectivity and structured approach, and was therefore integrated into a new application containing checklists for simulated scenarios. Testing of the application revealed intuitive controls and a clear interface, but also identified shortcoming such as the absence of a return button to the main menu and a login feature to distinguish between trainees and instructors. The thesis provides both theoretical and practical insights into the application of the OSCE method in the mountain rescue service and suggests steps to further development and implementation of the application.
