Identifikace silných a slabých stránek studentské organizace

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the identification of strengths and weaknesses of the student non-profit organization Younie. With the help of certain strategic analyses, the internal environment of the organization is examined, from which the previously mentioned strengths and weaknesses of the organization follow. Furthermore, the external environment of the organization is examined, which brings opportunities as well as threats for the non-profit organization. In the end, recommendations are proposed based on the findings.
