Řízení finančních a operačních rizik v podnikání na kapitálovém trhu

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to react to amendments to the law of capital market business and following obligation to manage the operational risks by investment broker. The thesis deals with the identification, evaluation and elimination of risk processes. The risk identification was done in cooperation of an external risk manager, creator of this thesis, and the management of the investment broker. The result of the thesis is creating suitable instruments to lead to effective risk management by investment broker.
