Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on motivational programs aimed at increasing employee loyalty within the Czech Republic Police (PČR). The goal was to determine whether they fulfill their purpose of recruitment attractiveness and evaluate those that most motivate employees to loyalty. Part of the thesis is devoted to the causes and prevention of employee turnover, as well as the balance between work and private life, the so-called work-life balance.
As a method to achieve the goal, research through anonymous questionnaires was chosen, which were submitted to PČR. Analysis of the data collected determined which motivational programs are a priority for PČR employees and which ones are less significant. The research also included an evaluation of the causes of employee turnover within the PČR.
