Abstract

A main purpose of this diploma thesis is to present the issue of demarcation (setting-out of boundary) of neighboring parcels in area Ramzová, that belong to cadastre unit Horní Lipová, but now it belongs to cadastre unit Ostružná. Setting-out of boundary of plot is also associated with a creation of survey sketch for a view on shape of set-out boundary, that is specified or agreed by owners. All reachable sources are used to ensure as much accurate shape of boundary as it is on original map. An inseparable part of subjective works is a document called "An affirmative declaration of conformity on a shape of boundaries". Creation and validation of this document is associated with a communication with individual owners of parcels.
