Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with various analytical methods for solving homogeneous linear systems of ordinary differential equations. The introductory chapters briefly describe selected concepts of linear algebra and properties of vector functions of real variables and homogeneous linear systems of ordinary differential equations. Then we get to the description of four methods-the Jordan canonical form, the method of decomposition, the Putzer’s method, the method of development to final polynomial. The methods are implemented in Maple program and we also compare their efficiency, which is described at the end of this thesis.
