Analýza motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the existing system of motivation in a particular organization, to assess its functionality and efficiency in terms of employees and to propose recommendations and possible changes in this system, which would bring some improvement. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic concepts related to motivation, stimulation and interactions relevant to this issue. The practical part consists of characteristics of a chosen company, providing a questionnaire for selected employees, their views were evaluated positively and negatively. The conclusion of this thesis contains suggestions and recommendations resulting from the evaluation of the questionnaire, such as: introducing flexible working hours, or focusing on improving the assessment and recognition to enhance employees´ motivation.
