Finanční analýza ve vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je finanční analýza obchodní společnosti Maxion Wheels Czech s.r.o. v letech 2013 – 2016. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat a popsat finanční analýzu a její metody, představit obchodní společnost Maxion Wheels Czech s.r.o., aplikovat metody finanční analýzy na tuto společnost a vyvodit z ní závěry. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice finanční analýzy. Popisuje smysl a význam finanční analýzy v dnešní době a rozebírá jednotlivé metody. Praktická část je věnována představení obchodní společnosti Maxion Wheels Czech s.r.o. a zhodnocení finanční situace pomocí metod finanční analýzy konkrétně zpracováním horizontální a vertikální analýzy a výpočtem poměrových ukazatelů.

The theme of the master thesis is the financial analysis of the limited liability company Maxion Wheels Czech of the period 2013 – 2016. The purpose of the master thesis is to characterise and to describe the financial analysis and its methods, introduce the limited liability company Maxion Wheels Czech, use the method of financial analysis on this company and draw a conclusions from it. Theoretical part of the master thesis is devoted to the financial analysis. It describes the purpose and meaning of the financial analysis at present and analyzes its individual methods. The practical part deals with the introduction of the limited liability company Maxion Wheels Czech and the evalution of the economic situation using the method of the financial analysis, specifically the horizontal and vertical analysis and the calculation of ratio indicators.
