Abstract

The thesis deals with analysis of the building of the traffic terminal in Ostrava Přívoz. The first part of the thesis describes historical development in the region and its influence on transport. Following this the current state of transport and its predicted and planned development linked with the building is characterized. Then a solution for this development is suggested with consideration of the consequent needs of the traffic terminal. In its final part the thesis concludes with a concrete suggestion for the structure of the traffic terminal.
