Abstract

The thesis is elaborated a questionnaire survey in North Bohemia, and mines in the area Tusimice Down Begin working meeting on the motivation of employees. In the first section elaborate on the basic data that I looked at the web site and intranet North Bohemia down. In other parts of the processed data and its own survey based on these data, is proposed solutions, incentive negotiations for workers at Onset Tušimice Down. Finally, I reviewed the information that continues to be forwarded for further use of department personnel. I hope the information will lead to improved job satisfaction of the mining company.
