Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a storage hall with a built-in unit for administrative and social facilities It is carried out at the level of project documentation for the implementation of constructions pursuant to Decree No. 405 of 24 November 2017 amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of constructions, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll., and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., determining the scope of documents required for public contract construction works, and a bill of works, supplies or services by the bill of quantities.

This Bachelor thesis is based on a proposal that was prepared in the school year of 2023/2024, the winter term of the fourth-year of the Bachelor studies in Project 1 under the supervision of Ing. Filip Čmiel, Ph.D. At the same time, the Project documentation for the building permit was prepared this term.

The Bachelor thesis consists of two parts – text and drawing documentation. The text part includes an accompanying report, a summary technical report and a technical report. The drawing part is processed as the project documentation for the construction implementation of part D.1.1 Architectural and construction solution. The Bachelor thesis is specialised in S05 Civil and Industrial Engineering.
