Integrace nových požadavků na proces návrhu a vývoje do systému managementu kvality ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis focuses on modeling the design and development process in manufacturing companies, combining the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards, and the VDA methodology with a review of other methodological approaches cited in the literature. The theoretical part analyzes and compares these standards and methodologies to identify key elements for effective product design and development. The practical section introduces a new universal process model derived from a synthesis of the mentioned methodologies and standards. This model is applied to a specific Design and Development process within a manufacturing company, defining subprocesses, milestones, and checklists for phase control and release.
