Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and describe selcted activies od personnel management in the company eD’system Czech, which are part of the personnel working in the organization as a whole, both from a theoretical point of view and especially from the perspective of the practical operation of these activities in the company eD’system Czech. As these activities are planned staffing needs, its recruitment, selection and adoption, its management and adaptation as well, remuneration and evaluation, development, release of personnel, staffing management and controlling and care workers. Tha aim of this work is also to detect any gaps of this activities and make recommendations for the HR department of the company which would lead to their improvement.
